Q&A	I am a sworn law enforcement officer but I have found programs on other channels, such as Public Health, that are of interest to me. Can I access those programs? Yes, you can. Just find the program on the specific channel or on the LEAPS.TV Channel Guide (which includes all programs) and follow the same procedures you would for any Sheriff & Police channel program.
Q&A	Is LEAPS.TV a non profit organization? Technically, no. But we are actually a "yet to make a profit" corporation.
Q&A	What is LEAPS.TV's business model? We have three business models: revenue from certificates for free Broadcast programs, from Private Training Channels and from Pay-Per-View Training.
Q&A	Does LEAPS.TV "compete" with organizations like APCO or IACP? We have heard that many of "them" think so but our view is different. LEAPS.TV is an informaiton conduit. We are not subject matter experts. They are though they don't often present their expertise as well as we feel we could.
Q&A	Does LEAPS.TV "compete" with professional training companies? We do not compete* with professional trainers. We are an alternate delivery option for them. If you are them or know them ask them to get in touch with us: it is a match made in training heaven.*
Q&A	Are LEAPS.TV courses certified for POST credit? POST does not directly certify LEAPS.TV programs for credit but agencies can submit our courses for credit directly to POST.
Q&A	What is LEAPS.TV syndication? LEAPS.TV syndication allows any qualified entity (agency, association, group, individual or organization) to get copy of our content for their web site after an initial four week run on our site. They only have to sign a no-cost syndication agreement.
Q&A	Why does LEAPS.TV provide syndication for free? We feel our content is highly valuable but not everyone knows about our website so syndication is a way of getting our conent, and reputation, out to a broader audience.
Q&A	How can my agency, association or company syndicate one or more LEAPS.TV programs. A representative of the entity can contact our Syndication Manager (see the Contact Us button on the top of every LEAPS.TV page), sign a no-cost agreement and receive the content as soon as it is out of its four week exclusive run on LEAPS.TV.
Q&A	Can I follow LEAPS.TV on Twitter? Certainly. You can get additional details from the "Blogs & Tweets" button on the top of any LEAPS.TV web page.
Q&A	LEAPS says they are having programs that are free and low cost but charge for certificates for programas that are required by my department to watch. Isn't this deceptive, like a loss leader? There is a cost to produce a LEAPS.TV program. Not everyone needs certificates. We had to make a decision: free certificates or more programs. I think we made the right decision by charging the few who need certs a nominal fee to cover costs.
Q&A	I am a campus Chief of Police. Can I access the Sheriff & Police Channel? Yes. All programs on every channel are available to you, simpy access the appropriate Channel Guide or the LEAPS.TV Channel Guide (which includes everything) and access programs as you do on the Campus & School Channel.
